Check any IMEI
Fifteen digits. We check the PTA registry and the stolen list in one go.
What an IMEI check tells you
Every phone has a 15-digit IMEI. In Pakistan a phone that isn’t PTA-registered can’t use local networks, and a blocked IMEI can’t be fixed — so the number is worth checking before money changes hands, especially on a used phone.
Find the IMEI
Dial *#06#, or read it from the box, the SIM tray or Settings → About.
We check both lists
The PTA registration database and the reported-stolen list, in one pass.
Confirm officially
Before paying, run the same IMEI through the official PTA tool.
Where do I find my IMEI?
Dial *#06# on the phone — it works even on a locked screen. You can also read it from the retail box, the SIM tray, or Settings → About phone → Status.
What does “blocked” mean?
A blocked IMEI has been reported or deregistered, and the phone cannot register on any Pakistani network. It is not a software lock — it cannot be undone by the buyer.
Is this the official PTA check?
No. This page gives you a clear, free summary. For legal confirmation — tax, duty and registration — use the official PTA tool.
