The 360 N6 Lite was introduced in 2018 by 360 Mobile as a cost-effective yet powerful smartphone designed for budget-conscious users who didn’t want to compromise on performance and battery life. As a “lite” version of the N6, this device retained many of the core strengths of its bigger sibling—most notably its efficient processor, large battery, and stylish design—while making some adjustments to keep the price competitive.

Starting with the display, the 360 N6 Lite featured a 5.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. While the screen was slightly smaller than the standard N6, it still provided a sharp 403 PPI pixel density, ensuring crisp text, vibrant images, and smooth video playback. The taller display format allowed for more content to fit on the screen vertically, improving the user experience for reading, browsing, and multitasking. The screen was protected by 2.5D curved glass, giving it a modern, polished look.

In terms of design, the N6 Lite followed the clean and symmetrical aesthetics that 360 Mobile was known for. It featured a metal unibody chassis, which added durability and a touch of elegance not commonly found in its price range. The slightly curved back made it comfortable to hold, and its weight was balanced well, providing a sturdy, ergonomic feel. The fingerprint sensor was conveniently placed on the rear for quick unlocking.

Under the hood, the 360 N6 Lite was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, an octa-core chipset built on the 14nm process. This processor delivered a great balance between performance and power efficiency, making it suitable for everyday tasks, gaming, and multitasking. Paired with 4GB of RAM, the device handled most apps smoothly, and switching between tasks was fluid and lag-free. It offered performance rarely seen in budget smartphones at the time.

The device included 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, depending on the variant. Storage was expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB), using the hybrid SIM slot. This flexibility gave users the freedom to store large media libraries, apps, and games without storage anxiety.

For photography, the 360 N6 Lite came equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and an LED flash. The rear camera performed well in daylight conditions, capturing detailed and vibrant images. In low-light scenarios, the camera’s software did a decent job of controlling noise and maintaining acceptable clarity. The 8-megapixel front camera handled selfies well, offering beauty filters and face-enhancing features that were popular among younger users.

One of the biggest advantages of the N6 Lite was its massive 4020mAh battery, which provided impressive endurance. With the power-efficient Snapdragon 630 and a Full HD+ screen, the phone easily lasted more than a full day of moderate to heavy use. Light users could even stretch it to two days. The device supported Quick Charge 3.0 via USB Type-C, meaning users didn’t have to wait long for a full top-up.

The 360 N6 Lite ran Android 7.1.1 Nougat with 360 OS 3.0, which added useful customization and optimization features. The software included tools for privacy protection, app locking, memory cleaning, dual apps, and a minimalist interface for smoother navigation. It was also optimized for conserving battery and improving overall system stability.

In terms of connectivity, the phone supported dual SIM 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/GLONASS, OTG, and included a 3.5mm headphone jack, which many users still considered essential. Its overall connectivity package ensured solid performance for both communication and entertainment purposes.

In conclusion, the 360 N6 Lite was a smartly designed budget smartphone that didn’t feel “lite” in terms of performance or battery life. With its Snapdragon 630 chipset, large battery, FHD+ display, and solid camera setup, it delivered excellent value for money. It was perfect for students, casual gamers, and anyone seeking a reliable daily driver without spending a fortune.
